What are "Omega-3" and "Omega-6" fatty acids?
Omega-3 and omega-6 are families of essential fatty acids used to make local hormones that control the local functioning of tissues throughout the body. The omega-6 fats tend to have pro-inflammatory effects, and the omega-3s tend to have non-inflammatory effects. We need to have a balanced intake of mega-6s and omega-3s for optimal health. The essential fatty acids include the omega-6 fatty acids, (as found in most common vegetable oils and products from livestock animals raised on grain, and the omega-3 fatty acids, as found in flaxseed oil, wild ocean fish, wild game, products from livestock raised on green vegetation, and fish oil). Most people consume too much omega-6 fats and insufficient omega-3s. Therefore, we need to decrease the intake of omega-6 sources and increase the intake of omega-3 sources.
Suggested Use
SHAKE WELL prior to dispensing. 2 tsp. daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into juice, yogurt or blended beverages.

This stuff is amazing! I have tried several other fish oils, even enteric coated and had fish burp-ups-but not at all with this. It tastes like candy-my children ask for more several times a day. We've recommended this product to everyone we know!

This is my FAVORITE product! It is the most pleasant way to get your Omega Oils, there is no unpleasant taste whatsoever.

Tastes like lemon meringue. You'd never know there was fish oil in there. My husband even likes it. He is diabetic and is able to take this because it's sweetened with xylitol.

This is the best fish oil product by far I have ever ordered. It taste great, like lemon smoothie, and my 9 year old daughter takes it without any fuss. I like it also that it's organic and pure. And by checking a lot of different product I found out that the amount of EPA/DHA in this is just right.

I could take a hint of the fish oil with this....I gag at a lot of liquid medicine type things so it may just be psychological, but I had to give this to my husband. Kids weren't wild about it either, so I ended up buying them fish oil gummies.
