My youngest daughter started taking Go Fish supplement when she was 4 years old. She chews them and she has never complained of the taste. In fact, she asks me for more after I give the recommended amount. My 8 year old daughter prefers to swallow them because they are so small and easy to swallow. Either way, I have never had any trouble getting my kids to take these vitamins. I am going to order more because I think Dr. Sears is a trusted brand and we don't eat alot of fish so I would like for my kids to get the good omega 3 oils that their bodies need.
This has the highest level of DHA. It is also Mercury Free. My children love the taste and either chew or swallow the capsules. I highly recommend.
If your child is too young to swallow things, then don't buy these. I don't know who they are kidding, but I couldn't even chew these up after my daughter gagged on the two that I made her take. They were gross. I'm a bit annoyed with children's vitamins...how they are basically candy masquerading as something nutritious, so I decided to try these. Oh, well.
