I bought tnis for my mom for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! I had bought he a different one from another company several years ago and she was "happy" with it until it got ruined. Well little did we know that turned out to her benefit because she "loves" this one. The other one from another company had to keep being reheated while this one is heated and she is done for the night. She uses it for her legs and to also warm her bed before getting int it. I bought the other one from "Orvis" because of the name and was somewhat reluctant to purchase one from here. So glad I did! This one stays hotter longer and as mom says, "it's just better than the other"! She loves the evenly distributed weight, the pleasant soft scent, and the fact that she only has to heat it once while on her way to bed. Thank you for a quality product that has brought comfort and relief to my mom! Lastly I should mention that I paid less here for a higher quality product! I thank you and my mom thanks you!
