I recently purchased this product on a whim. I was coming down with a cold, runny nose, sore throat and cough. I thought I would give this a try. I've been reading about MANUKA HONEY which I discovered has so many beneficial properties including (but not limited to):
Antiseptic, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifunga, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I started taking this by spoon yesterday and I have seen my condition get much better and I feel like this cold will not have an opportunity to be full-blown. I'd highly recommend this as a natural alternative to antibiotics which kill all the good flora in your body.
