Badia Nutmeg is the whole kernel of a fruit resembling an apricot. Nutmeg has a deliciously sweet and nutty flavor that’s revealed when ground. Nutmeg blends well with Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Poppy Seed, Rosemary, Saffron, Sesame Seed, Thyme and Vanilla.
