Suggested Use
In a pot, add 1 heaping tablespoon of Yogi Tea Original mix to 3 cups of water, cover and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of milk or milk substitute and a pinch of black tea. Reheat and strain the black tea out. If preferred, sweeten with honey before serving.
