I have been drinking 3 - 5 cups of this tea for a few months. I have never felt better! I lived with constant headaches and joint pain and I believe this tea has "healed" those ailments. I do not suffer from them anymore. I now have my husband drinking it daily and he is also seeing the great health benefits. This Green Yogi tea gives a sense of overall well being with use. I am now going to try a few of the other Yogi Green Teas!
