Store it, pour it, keep it fresh!Place the wine saver securely on an open bottle, pump with a pulling action until you feel pressure build (about 5-20 times). Store at room temperature and then when you are ready to enjoy it again, simply release the air pressure by twisting the lock-ring until it lifts up. Pour and enjoy!
