Great product! I usually work late in the evenings and I bring this with so I can have a protein shake before going home to prevent me from overeating late at night. Easy to use and clean.

It's virtually impossible to get the lid threaded so the contents don't splash all over the place. Don't waste your money.

Made out of healthy plastic, remove bottom portion for shake powder mix and screw back on. Then, when you're ready simply remove it and pour the powder into the drink container, replace lid straightly and tightly, shake and enjoy. Very cheap, very handy. Lid is sometimes contrary.
