this is a good product, also me digestion and me weight is getting better.

The digestion aids in this are absolutely phenominal along with the amount of protein and calories it includes. When I would have it before working out my energy levels were higher and I capable of doing more repetitions of weight lifting after the first few days of using it. It was very effective for increasing muscle density, at least in my case.
The only disappointment is that it only came in vanilla. This stuff tastes absolutely horrible unless you mix a little bit of sugar in with it before you drink it. Better yet, I mixed it with coffee, milk, and sugar so it tasted kinda like a French vanilla drink.
