Our Vitamin B-3 is Niacin--Expect a Flush: Easy Swallow Niacin Plus contains 141.7 milligrams of niacin, rather than niacinamide. One of niacin's nutritional side-effects is an enhanced blood supply in the skin. This is called the niacin flush. The level of niacin in Easy Swallow Niacin Plus may cause the flush in as many as 1 out of 4 people. It is usually characterized by a warm transient reddening of the skin that may last about 30 minutes to more than an hour. The flush may bring some itching and may be followed by a slight passing chill as the enhanced blood flow returns to normal. Quite often, after regular supplementation, the flush may diminish. Some people, however, continue to flush regularly.
Possible Side Effects: A few people may also experience mild, transient headaches or a slight upset stomach for a few minutes on beginning niacin supplementation. If this happens, reduce your dosage for a few days, then resume your regular dosage. These effects usually no loner occur after a day or two. But if they do recur, use a lower dosage. Also, about one person in a thousand may experience a mild rash (not to be confused with the flush) or feel sluggish rather than invigorated when taking Vitamin B3 as niacin. Suggested Use
1-2 tablets daily as a dietary supplement (1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner) or up to 4 tablets daily (2 after breakfast and 2 after dinner), more if prescribed by your physician. Best if taken immediately after meals.

I honestly think this product makes my memory better. Ever since I have been using it I seem to be able to remember things that I would usually have no recollection of at all. ASounds strange but I think it really works. I guess that is why they put a picture of a brain on the bottle.
