Suggested Use
It is best to start with one capsule on the first day, and build up to 3 capsules once daily (stopping at 1 or 2 capsules for a few days, to avoid the diarrhea which may result from an excess of Vitamin C). Take with a full glass of water or juice, preferably in the morning.
