Suggested Use

I have had the vanilla, capacuino,strawberry and banana flavors of this product. Banana tasted bad, strawberry ok, vanilla and cap both great. The vanilla had less protein and vitamins for the calories though - more carbs. I think mostly sugar alcohols, so check the labels before buying this brand.
They are very filling, mix well in a blender and generally taste good. They make it easy to have a nutritional meal substitute that is low calorie, tasty, and filling.
Also, I used to be a huge ice cream addict. It was my biggest food weakness. Since I've been having these shakes regularly (and I stopped keeping ice cream in my home freezer), I don't crave it much at all. Occasionally, but generally this works to satisfy that craving even though it is so much healthier.
Overall, I like soy protein and I think this is one of the better brands of it.
