I currently take a medication which causes constipation. I read that the chia seed might be a good way to get rid of constipation. I purchased a bag of Chia Goodness Chocolate and mixed it into my morning breakfast cereal (Fiber One) along with 2-3 tablespoons of a greek yogurt. And voila - I had movement! The chia seed expands in the stomach and it truly did give me a fuller feeling which was yet another plus factor. Because it is chocolate it seemed to keep me from having my usual sweet cravings. This product seemed to help me on a few different levels!
