I would describe myself to be re-born after taking this probiotics two years ago.
I had constipation since I was young and I had tried everything and nothing helped. After I took this product, I had regular bowel every morning after breakfast. I started with one capsule each morning and evening and after a couple of months, I only take one in the morning, empty stomach with a big glass of water. I recommended to some friends and it worked on them too.

I have tried a few probiotics and this one is at the top of the chart. It is very well priced and it will be my probiotic of choice forever. I have had gastrointestinal issues for many years. This product helps tremendously with constipation.
