Selenium is an essential trace mineral.Brazil nuts are the best source of selenium. Yeast, whole grains, and seafood are also good sources. Animal studies have found that selenium from yeast is better absorbed than selenium in the form of selenite.
Suggested Use
To assure freshness and potency, store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and Moisture. As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
