Yes, they are. There are feeding instructions on the Hip & Joint product to ensure the proper delivery of Glucosamine Hydrochloride and Chondroitin Sulfate. If you have a dog with particular issues, please seek your veterinarian’s advice before feeding anything new to your animal.

Which crunchy Old Mother Hubbard dog treats are wheat-free?
Old Mother Hubbard now have four wheat-free options in the OMH crunchy line: Chick’N’Apples, Liv’R’Wedges, PB Hearts and Fish’N’Waves.

Why do some of the products have Caution statements on them about staining?
All of the crunchy products that have turmeric in the ingredients carry a caution statement. Turmeric is an all natural spice which is bright yellow in color – OMH uses it to color products naturally. However, when combined with the saliva in a dog’s mouth, it can sometimes create yellow staining.

What are the benefits of Cranberry Fiber in the Tartar Control biscuit?
Cranberry fiber has antimicrobial properties which help to keep a clean mouth. Cranberries are beginning to be used in natural human toothpastes as well!
