Suggested Use
Mix 1/4 teaspoon (1 gm) with 10-12 oz water and drink promptly on an empty stomach or 20 minutes before a meal, or consult your qualified health care consultant. Do not allow mixture to stand. Glucomanna can also be added to protein shakes, smoothies and soups.
