Jarrow Formulas Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil from thefresh flesh of the coconut palm fruit, (Cocus nucifera) is unrefined and expeller-pressed in a controlled, indoor environment. This specific process does not utilize any solvents and preserves the volatile compounds responsible for imparting the rich, familiar flavor of coconuts. Coconut oil is a source of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), such as lauric acid (C-12) and caprylic acid (C-8).Coconut oil is stable even during long periods of storage. Because its melting point is 75-76° F, coconut oil can be used in both liquid or solid forms for cooking and baking.

This is the best coconut oil I've tried so far and it is very inexpensive. It is unrefined and certified organic. Great for you too! I love it.

I LOVE this coconut oil! You can cook with it and it doesn't turn into trans fats when heated. I put it on my skin and it absorbs nicely and doesn't feel greasy. I put it on wheat toast and it tastes like a dessert while I get my good oils in every day. And the price!!! This is a great product for many many ways to use it.

We love the Jarrow Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil. I make mayonaise with it. I add a little peanut oil, then some organic olive oil, and then the coconut oil. Quite delicious. We also use it like any other oil for frying and in place of butter. Yummy if you like coconut.
