Jarrow Formulas Yaeyama Chlorella is a subspecies of Chlorella vulgaris, a single-celled, fresh water algae, grown in the environmentally pristine coral reef region of Japan’s Ishigaki Island using mountain spring water, tropical sunshine and food grade nutrients. Jarrow Formulas Yaeyama Chlorella cell walls are broken by high impact jet-spray drying that pulverizes the algae wall for increased absorption of its vital nutrients.
Jarrow Formulas Yaeyama Chlorella offers rich amounts of chlorophyll, Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF is high in RNA/DNA), proteins, and is a source of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals. Best quality CHLORELLA, another one of Jarrow Formula awesome products. I've used this for years and have noticed many positive changes, from acne problems to a great healthy looking glow from your skin, Chlorella should be added daily to anyone who cares about their body! With all the contaminates we are exposed to from heavy metals in water, to radiation in the air, taking chlorella reduces those harmful toxins in the blood and helps expel them from the body! Take some chlorella, we all deserve it! -David

First time I've ever been unsatisfied with a Jarrow product, but performance wise, this one just isn't as good as other brands I have purchased.

Jarrows Chlorella is great though they should make their capsules larger in order from me to take less quantity
