This is a quality product with a great name to back it up. It has a high ratio of EPA and DHA per serving size. I have noticed that my skin looks more vibrant. It has also cleared up most of my mild depression. I no longer have aches and pains in my joints. It also promotes a healthy heart, what a great plus. I would highly suggest this product!
