Mix one scoop (30 grams, 1/4 cup) of Pro-Life soy protein in a shaker or blender with 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage such as non-fat milk. For more flavor and enhanced nutrition, mix with juice, fruits or vegetables, blend and serve. Add ice for a crisp, cold and creamy texture. Pro Life soy protein may also be used to increase the protein content of prepared foods.
