Suggested Use
After brushing, rinse and swish vigorously twice a day with 2 capfuls for 30 - 60 seconds. PerioWash can also be used as a gargle. For best results do not eat or drink for 10 minutes after rinsing. Shake well before. Visit your dentist regularly. Warnings

This stuff is great. It has lots of anti-bacterial and healing herbs.
It also has a very pleasant taste.
A holistic dentist created it, you can't beat that.

I just bought this from Lucky Vitamin recently, and I gotta say that is a STRONG but effective mouthwash. It really does clean your mouth and I just take a capful and swish it around after brushing my teeth. You really can't find a mouthwash like this, with the kind of quality ingredients it has, that has this very same level of effectiveness when using it. I wish there wasn't any alcohol in it, but I won't complain. It works, and works really well. Definitely recommend this. Definitely worth the price. Thanks Lucky Vitamin!

I have a very dry mouth due to some medical conditions

I have been using this product for about 8 months. I went to my dentist at the beginning of last month for my regular visit. He indicated to me that my gums were a lot better than how they were in the past and adviced me to continue doing what I was doing.
