Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is a perennial herb with bright red flowers that grows wild in

Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) is a perennial herb in the buttercup family. It is native to

for centuries in the United States, black cohosh was an official drug in the U.S. Pharmacopoeia from

ascorbic acid, beta carotene, butyric acid, calcium, chromium, selenium, salicylic acid, thiamine,
