Apply a generous amount of hair masque onto the entire length of hair.

I used this twice but the 1st time I did not follow the directions so I didn't achieve the results but I did the directions the second time and applied the conditioner to the whole hair and placed a plastic cap and hot-warm towel over it and by accident went on the phone for 50 minutes and my hair achieved the bottle results.
