Green Tea Powder by Jarrow Formulas
Jarrow Formulas Green Tea 5:1 is water extracted and consists of 50% polyphenols, including 33% catechins. Catechins are flavan monomers, the building blocks of OPCs. OPCs, OligoProanthoCyanidins, are polymers (or chains)of flavans. Catechins are generally morebioavailable and more potent an antioxidantthan proanthocyanidins.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 teaspoon with food, preferably dissolved in fluid, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
