GPLC Resveratrol by Jarrow Formulas
Jarrow Formulas® GPLC + Resveratrol is a synergistic formulation of Glycine propionyl-Lcarnitine
and resveratrols (3,4,5-trihydroxystilbenes) extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum (“tiger
cane”) root.
GPLC is a propionyl ester of carnitine (PLC) that exhibits a special affinity for muscle
tissues, such as the heart. GPLC contributes to muscle function by compensating for
reduced oxygen availability during exercise and it provides powerful support for peripheral
arterial blood flow.
Polygonum extracts have a history of usage in eastern medicine as a cardiotonic. As an
antioxidant, resveratrol may protect cardiovascular function by inhibiting LDL
oxidation, upregulating nitric oxide synthesis, and protecting the integrity of capillaries.
AminoCarnitine™ L-Carnitine is manufactured by Sigma-Tau Industries, S.p.A. (Rome, Italy), the
pioneer of L-Carnitine science.
Suggested Use
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with food or juice, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
