Vitamins

Seems like a good product. I'll know better once I get my Vitamin D levels tested again. Next time though I will buy the 2,000 unit product. Label says to take every other day so it would work out to 2,000 units a day.

These drops are a fantastic way to get vitamin D. I take 2 drops for 8,000 IU which is so much better than having to pop a bunch of pills. I put the drops in water and don't notice them in there.
