Cycle 2 Progestonic by Herbs Etc
Cycle 2 Progestonic™ Day 15-28 Support (Vitex/Wild Yam Complex). This formula increases the production of progesterone in balance with estrogen levels established in the first half of the menstrual cycle. Aids conception, because increased progesterone promotes proper implantation of the fertilized egg. Can be taken specifically for PMS symptoms without alternating with Cycle 1 Estrotonic; helps relieve water retention, swollen and tender breasts, lower backache, cramping, fatigue, irritability, insomnia, depression, difficulty in concentrating, panic attacks, anxiety, mood swings, crying, physical and emotional tension, low blood sugar, low sex drive, headaches and migraines.
Take 30 drops twice a day for the second half of the menstrual cycle. Begin taking on the fifteenth day of the menstrual cycle and continue until the first day of next menstruation. Then switch to Cycle 1 Estrotonic. Keep alternating Cycle 1 Estrotonic and Cycle 2 Progestonic for three to six months to achieve best results. If used specifically for PMS symptoms rather than for regulation of menstrual cycle, begin taking 30 drops up to twice a day, 8-10 days prior to onset of menstruation.
Contraindications: Not in pregnancy.
