Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for optimal recovery after an intense workout, take two scoops of MRM Creactive with 12 fl oz of cold water and stir or shake well. It is recommended that you drink at least another 12 fl oz of water as soon as you have taken MRM Creactive. In the loading phase take 2 scoops of MRM Creactive twice a day for five days. During maintenance take one or two scoops of MRM Creactive daily after exercise or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
