My husband and I love this product, we will never use any other B vitamin supplement again. I haven't noticed much for weight loss but it def gets rid of stress, within 30 min of taking it I can feel my body just automatically relax.
I just wish it came in a bigger bottle!

1 softgel isn't very effective for me, but as long as I take the full doseage, 2 softgels, I feel awesome! I've been taking this supplement for about 4 months now and I started because I had fallen into a slight depression. I don't like the idea of taking medication so I thought I'd try a natural supplement. This works awesome! I feel a noticable difference without it. This helps me stay positive for my 2 small children and helps me cope with daily stress. I haven't noticed that it has assisted with any weight loss, but staying positive and happy is well worth the price. Highly recommended for an "attitude adjustment"!

I have been taking this for about a month. Recommended by local health food store. I had been previously taking another Relora product that I ordered on line and ran out. This has helped tremendously with my stress from work/hormones. I have finally lost about 8lbs that I have struggled with hormonal weight gain for the last 3 years. For the money, and the results I give it a good rating. I couldn't take Sam E as it made me way too edgy and zero tolerance. I suffer from hypothyroidism. Extreme adrenal fatigue, and a laundry list of other hormonal issues brought on by menopause. I will be ordering this again on a regular basis.

I have been using this product for years and maintained a healthy weight until I moved and stopped taking it for a few months but now I am back...my only complaint is that the product received from this site is not as advertised, the potency is half the ad and you are now required to take two gelcaps TWICE a day instead of the one or two in the morning, yet the number of gelcaps per bottle stays the same yielding half the product so it was not the savings I thought that I was getting plus the inconvenience of twice per day dosages.
