Good vitamins. Don't like some of the so called vitamins with "the herbs" since they give me mixed and sometimes uncomfortable results. Just a basic well ballanced Multi at a price that's nice.

Pretty good vitamin. My husband takes them. I take Good 'N Natural - Ultra Woman Time Release Vitamin Mineral & Herb Formula - 180 Tablets and they are wonderful.
