If you do your research you will find a ton of data supporting the benefits of taking Tumeric. I have arthritis and my hands are affected in a a horrible way. After taking a RX for arthritis for a couple months I decided to go off of it and give Tumeric a try...I am so glad I did. I don't have near the pain that I used to! Seriously. It takes about a month to really notice like most medications, but the beauty about this is it is natural and has no adverse side affects like RX drugs can have. Tumeric has anti-inflamatory benefits and has shown to be an anti-cancer agent as well. I have had breast cancer and this is on my list as a preventative of recurrance. Give it a try you will be glad that you did!

This stuff is great. Now I don't know if this is true but I've heard that in the country of India that a very well known American band-aid company sells their band-aids in India with Turmeric on each band-aid pad. I heard this reduces inflamation. I use the capsules to do the same thing but internally.

I don't know anything about the quality of this product. I rely on Consumerlab for this but this brand is not mentioned there. I will only know in a few months when I receive my blood test results. I use turmeric for reversing type 2 diabetes and high inflammation with pain.

I have been taking this supplelment about a year now. I use it for my everyday aches and muscle pain. It works very well. Turmeric has one of the highest antioxidant contents. Be patient with this supplement as it may take more than a month to see the benefits.
