Suggested Use
Add one heaping scoop (scoop included in can) of SKINNY MINI SHAKE to 8 fl. oz. of water or milk and mix (or shake) until smooth. For best results, water or milk should be very cold. Warnings
Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine. Do not take in the evening. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing or are allergic to tyramine or chocolate. The recommended serving of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee (100 mg) and should not be taken by individuals wishing to eliminate caffeine from their diet. Limit use of caffeine-containing medications, foods and beverages while taking this product, because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat.

I love the taste I use the low carb recipe using 4 oz cold water and 4 oz heavy whipping cream love the choclatey and the crunch it has it taste great doesnt leave me feeling hungry and satisfies those sweet tooth cravings I get now and then. Would definitley recommend trying this
