Camu-Camu is a small plant found throughout the Amazon rain forest of Peru. Camu-Camu fruit has the highest recorded amount of Vitamin C, providing over 12,000 mg of vitamin C per 100 mg of fruit. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, and complex amino acids that aid in the absorption of the vitamin C. It is also an excellent source of potassium, providing more than 700 mg per 1 kg of fruit. LifeTime has also added a vitamin C complex base to the fruit to make this a premium vitamin C formula.
