I have been taking these for a couple of years. I take them as an appetite suppresant. They don't make me feel like I've taken a diet pill or anything like that, it just takes the edge off. They keep me from snacking on junk I shouldnt be snacking on. It also regulates my moods. You can't really tell you have taken anything, but you know when you havent taken it.

This product curbed my appetite somewhat but I had to quit takeing it because I kept haveing a headache. I quit takeing it and the headache went away .

Goal was to lose 8 lbs. Purchased 4 bottles for better price. Have almost completed second bottle. Have used exactly has directed. No side effects. Does not interfere with sleep. Have gained weight and absolutely would not recommend. I am so disappointed!

The serving size is 6 capsules, which can be taken all at once or spread throughout the day. They contain CAFFEINE. Caffeine disrupts my sleep, so I didn't feel comfortable taking 6, and I didn't feel comfortable taking any after 10am. I took 2 in the morning with no noticeable effects. Suppose I should take more than 2, but the caffeine is an issue for me.
