I fell on my knee and went through a year of pain and doctors. A friend gave me a box of these magnets to try. So I did and what a miracle. I put 2 rows (8 to 10 magnets) on the inside of my knee. It took about 2 days to completely get rid of the pain. I was able to shop again and clean my house without burning hot pain in my knee. I used them for 6 months and now need them only occasionally. I also developed bursitis in my hip so used them on my hip (all 20. I was in mega pain). Again, they got rid of the pain.
