First Organics Whole Food Immune Complex by First Organics 95% Organic Immune Complex is formulated from a variety of fruits, berries, vegetables and herbs, and contains traditional antioxidants such as vitamins E and C and beta carotene, along with many therapeutic phytonutrients, including anthocyanins, sulforaphan, lutein, carotenoids, as well as tocotrienols, alpha lipoic acid and other nutrients that may help support the immune system.
Suggested Use
With optimal eating habits, take three capsules daily, or as directed by your health-care professional. At times when you are not eating well or have increased nutritional needs, two capsules with each meal may help improve nutrition. I love these vitamins, I have been taking them for a long time now but I did stop them and try another kind and I felt bad so I went back to taking these and I will continue to take these for life they make me feel great!!
