Suggested Use
Each serving contains 500mg of calcium and 200mg of magnesium. We recommend two servings per day to give you 1000mg of calcium, the recommended daily amount. But, if a person is eating foods rich in calcium already they may want only to take one serving per day as an insurance that they are getting the adequate amounts of calcium.
