Suggested Use
Women: Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach, twice daily as needed.
Men: Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach, 3 times daily as needed.
The effects of this formula may begin in several hours after ingestion and may last all day.
For long-term use: take above recommended amount in intervals of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Warnings
Do not take this product if you have a heart condition, diabetes, prostate cancer, benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), or if you¿re taking anti-diabetic drugs, immunosuppressant drugs, thyroid hormones, anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs, antihypertensive or hypotensive drugs, anti-depressants, sedatives, or CNS system depressants like barbiturates.
