Great natural organic appetite suppressant. Drink it with plenty of water, at least 8 oz. If I don't it feels like it is expanding too far up in my stomach/esophagus. This isn't a miracle pill, but it does provide some support for me, especially in regards to eating heavier at night and on the weekends.

This is a pretty good product, but the matte texture sometimes makes it a little more difficult to swallow.
