Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one serving with 6-8 ounces of cold water, milk, or blend with your favorite Myoplex shake. For best results, consume 1-4 servings daily. To support positive nitrogen balance, serious athletes should consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight spread over 4-6 small meals per day.
Note: Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 ounces of water per day. Drink an additional 16 ounces of water for every pound lost during exercise. This is my preferred protein powder - the nutrition facts are appropriate - high protein, low carb - and it tastes great. This is better with milk than water but is tolerable with water (the chocolate is NOT good with water IMO). My husband says it tastes a little like cake batter!
