Suggested Use
Use it HOT, to stimulate circulation and warm up cold feet. [Microwave needed.]
Microwave in 30 second intervals - to prevent burning, total heating time should not exceed 1 (one) minute per use.
Due to variations in microwaves, it may be necessary to adjust the temperature setting. [After each 30 second interval, make sure to STOP the microwave, touch & check the inside temperature of the booties (for at least 5 seconds) to make sure that the booties do not burn. Do NOT leave the Comfort Booties unattended in the microwave.] Microwaved booties amy acutally be MUCH HOTTER INSIDE than indicated by initial touch - SO HANDLE WITH CARE - and make sure NOT TO MICROWAVE PAST THE 1 (ONE) MINUTE TOTAL HEATING TIME LIMIT PER USE.
Especially test for hot spots INSIDE the booties and overall temperature before use. Then slip the booties over your feet and relax. Feel the softness of these booties surround your feet and caress your toes in cozy warmth.
OR
Use it COLD, to soothe and cool tired, over-heated feet.
Place in a clean, sealed plastic bag and let it stay in the freezer for a few hours. Indulge yourself after a long hard day. Savor the plush coolness as it gently drapes over your feet.
Hot or cold – these Comfort Booties will pamper and coddle your feet.
For best results: Take care to wash your feet first using Earth Therapeutics Tea Tree Oil Cooling Foot Scrub – and then moisturize your feet using Earth Therapeutics Tea Tree Oil Foot Repair Balm. Your feet will feel clean, refreshed, and ready for some tender loving care.
Care Hints: Each Bootie contains two removable inserts. From time to time, it is a good idea to wash the Booties [However, BEFORE washing the Booties, please make sure to remove the inserts. Do not wash the inserts.] To prevent shrinking, hand wash the Booties in cold water and then hang to air dry.
