This mango juice is EXcellent! The flavor is wonderful, really. I have about 1 oz every morning for it's nutritional benefits & to help control my appetite while I work towards a healthier lifestyle. You won't have to "hide" this juice in something else, you could pour it out in a small glass, it's that tasty.

This gives me more energy and helps curb my appetite which in turn helps me maintain a fit figure (plus daily a 3 mile jog and 6 mile bike ride). It is great stuff. I highly recommend it!

I Love this stuff! Flavor takes a bit to get used to. I know this juice is not marketed for the purpose of my use but I have just recently quit smoking and this has been essential to controlling food cravings and appetite. I firmly believe that it is helping me big time with the bad snacking. my withdrawal did not seem to be near as bad as previous quitting attempts. I am wondering if this is because of the vitamin benefits from this juice. I am very happy anyways and I will keep using it :)

I saw the African Bush Mango on a top-rated Dr show as something for weight loss. I drink 2TBLs before many meals- It's like a pulpy juice & kind of tasty. Anyway, I haven't lost weight, but I have noticed that I no longer have my afternoon slump. I used to take naps daily & now I don't need them. I'm going to reorder at Lucky, as they have the best price on this.
