Why should I be concerned about artificial colors?
A recent study completed by the British medical journal The Lancet, showed that artificial colors and preservatives increased hyperactivity and decreased attention span in a wide range of children with and without learning disabilities. A number of food and candy manufacturers in Europe are now removing artificial colors, flavors and preservatives from their products. In addition, the American Academy of Pediatrics recently issued a position paper which suggested removing artificial colors and preservatives from the diets of children experiencing ADHD behaviors. Artificial colors are primarily coal-tar derivatives made from chemical compounds which are made when coal is distilled.

Tru Sweets Organic Candy Canes are produced on dedicated nut-free and gluten-free equipment in a segregated area of a facility that also processes dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. The Candy Cane production line is on a dedicated floor and has its own HVAC system.
Are your products Vegetarian or Vegan?
Yes, TruSweets Organic Candy Canes are both Vegetarian and Vegan.
Are your products Kosher (pareve)?
Yes, TruSweest Organic Candy Canes are certified Kosher by the Kashruth Council of Canada.

The kids loved getting this "regular" candy. Flavor is wonderful and sweet! YUMMY! :)

They don't taste quite as good as real candy canes, but I can live with that b/c they don't have artificial colors or HFCS.

I purchased these for my grandchildren who were visiting from abroad, I wanted them to have a real American Christmas treat. Reading the ingredients of the store-bought candy canes was scary, I wouldn't want them eating any of those chemicals. These looked great, tasted great and were as healthy as a sweet treat can get.

Santa used to put these on the tree when the kids were little and we all loved them. Over the years they became very hard to find.So glad that Lucky Vitamin had them this year for our grandchild. These are the best!

This was great for Christmas! They tasted great and were at a good price. My children always like to have candy canes but can't have the red dye. This was a hit!

We don't allow our children to eat anything with dyes in it. These are wonderful so the children can have lollipops like their friends. They taste better than others because they actually have fruit flavor and aren't so sugary sweet

I like candy canes but I think most of them are just too sweet. Yuck! I tried Surf Sweets Organic Candy Canes and I love these candy canes. There have a great flavor without being over the top sweet. I will buy these again and again.
