Mixed Greens Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette
Use BIJA In a Recipe
Cranberry Vinaigrette
1 tsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1 Tbsp Cider vinegar
4 Tbsp BIJA Cranberry Tea
1/2 cup Olive or Udo's oil
Sea salt to taste
In a bowl, whisk together syrup, mustard, vinegar, cranberry tea, and salt to taste. Add the oil in a stream, whisking until the vinaigrette is emulsified. Makes about 2/3 cup.
Drizzle over salad greens and top with fruit and/or dried cranberries.
