I love these coming in a container which most come in bags instead. But this might make them more expensive too. I make my own Rhodiola tabs cut with ginger powder or apple powder so more gentel on stomach. These are fine caps in general however and if you don't want a lot of them sitting around between batches of making your own herbals too.
