Century systems miracle 2000 is a liquid vitamin that provides all essential vitamins and all 72 trace minerals plus aloe.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capful daily with or after meals. Best if mixed with juice or fruit punchand 1/2 cap taken in the morning and 1/2 cap taken in the evening. For high energy demanding lifestyles, use 1 cap per 100 pounds of body weight. Children use 1/2 teaspoon per 25 pounds of body weight.

Finally, a liquid multi-vitamin with the daily values I need without the stomach pain I'd get from having to take multiple tablets. Tastes pretty good with juice!

Great product. Easy to take. Great for those of us who have a hard time swallowing pills. Best mixed with cranberry juice, but okay to drink straight too.
