Carlson labs, as always, keeps giving you the quality goods. These here soft gels keep your body, mind and soul in top shape all day. Just like the soil our food is grown in, we need heavy doses of trace and major minerals to keep healthy.
If I was forced to keep only one suppliment and throw all my others in the trash, I'd keep these.
