Suggested Use
Gently dab on eye shadow with fingertips or applicator, starting at lash line and tapering off at the brow bone. If you like, use a little concealer on the eyelids before applying shadow to help the color glide on more evenly and smoothly. Finish by brushing lightly with translucent powder to set the shadow.
